If you registered for the Open, you will need a judge for your workouts. That is why we have planned Friday night Throwdowns.
If you cannot make the Friday night throw downs you will need to find yourself a judge. You do not need a registered judge or coach, anyone can judge UNLESS you think you can contribute a score to the team (top 3 scores for men and women) then you do need a registered judge. Each Friday we do the Open WODs for the class WODs, if that is your only timeto come in then you need to make sure to have a judge come to class with you that's not doing class but solely coming to judge you. You can also come in on the weekends to complete the open WODS making sure you have a judge (you can also post on the member page to find one) Hope that makes sense smile emoticon Let us know if you have questions! FRIDAY NIGHT THROW-DOWNS
There will be NO 530pm classes during the Open (the next 5 weeks).
Heats will start at 5:45pm so make sure to come in early to WARM UP. There will be a warm up posted on the board that you will need to do on your own time before your heat, this is IMPORTANT. Warm ups reduce the risk of injury and that's why we make you guys do them when you come to class, so make YOURSELF do them before your Open WOD.
HEAT LIST WILL BE POSTED TOMORROW AFTERNOON ---then you can sign yourself up for a heat before the evening.
