Happy Monday Crew!!!

Alright crew!!! The CrossFit Open begins this week! We highly encourage you ALL to participate. There is a new option this year to SCALE the workouts, how awesome! This means that everybody should be signed up. This is such a great time of year, it's like Christmas for CrossFitters! Friday nights there will be *NO* 5:30pm classes. We will begin heats for those signed up for the open at around 5:45pm each Friday. For those signed up for the open you will have someone there to judge and count your reps. There is SO MUCH energy in the gym when we do this, it's not intimidating at all-- just tons of fun :D

On THURSDAY night when the 1st open WOD is released we will be having a get together at our place to watch the release and see Froning and Fraser go head to head in the first workout. We created an invite on our Facebook members page, if you're not on there just email me and I will give you our address to come watch! The release of the WOD is at 8pm, so come a little earlier so you can be here when it's released :D BYOB
