We will have 9am and all evening hours, opening up at 3:30pm.
Be safe, drive slow and give yourself plenty of time to slow down while
approaching lights, stop signs and if you're behind other cars! Give yourself
plenty of time to get where you're going, please!
With a partner you will each complete this:
7 RFT:
7 Box Jumps, 30/24″
150′ sprint (in 25' shuttles)
7 KBS, 2-pood/1.5-pood
150′ Sprint
Partner 1 will do 7 box jumps while Partner 2 does the sprint, when P2 gets back from the sprint they will tag their P1 off so that now they (partner 2) does their 7 box jumps while P1 does the sprint. Once P1 gets back they will start the 7 KB swings while P2 does the sprint, when they get back they will switch so partner 2 completes the KB's while P1 gets in their sprint. Do this 7 rounds!
