Friday

Almost every single person that walked into the gym on
 Thursday set a new PR on their squat! 
AMAZING!

To end the week, the last lift we will be establishing/re-testing will be the deadlift.
I am so proud of all your PR's in the squats and push presses this week, 
you guys are training hard and it shows! Great work!

Get ready for Saturday! Saturday at 9am there will be a Murph make-up for all of those people who were out of town and missed last weekend! 
For those of you that already did Murph there will be an alternate WOD. (Coach Steph's chipper! She is still with us in spirit at CFU!!) 
But please remember that there is also open gym 10am-12pm so if you want to come in and work on a skill or strength come use that time!
