NEWS
It's week #4 of the barbell club! After this week they will be half way through and I cannot wait until they retest their 1RM's...I bet they will boom fauk the heck out of their old 1RM!

Last reminder for Nutrition Challenge peeps!! This Sat 9am we will take measurements. If you are going to come for the WOD only, please come around 9:20am. Before/Afters due by Monday and I need journals on Sat....nothing late accepted!
