Shhhhh Ninja in training....

Snatch 75% of 1RM
3-3-3-3-3

3 rounds of:
3 min AMRAP
30 Overhead Squats 75/45
30 Double Unders

Rest for 2 minutes between each round

NEWS
Please remember that Saturday will be the baseline retest WOD, we will be doing measurements beforehand so if you are showing up to just do the WOD I would say come around 9:20am.
There will be NO 10am INTRO WOD on Saturday.
I need before/after photos by Monday! Please send them to me in the same file, side by side....please! I also need your journals on Saturday for the final check....please have your points totaled up!

CFU MOVIE NIGHT 7pm on May 11th (Friday) AT CFU!
