Monday Feb 2nd ALL JOURNALS DUE- Final Submission. All points MUST be added/subtracted
Monday Feb 2nd Before/After Photos are due: Please send them all in ONE email
Measurements must be in to me BY Sunday Feb 1st. I will be available all weekend to do measurements
CHALLENGE DONE FRIDAY JAN 30th at MIDNIGHT
EXTRA CREDIT:
-Snap a photo of yourself cooking (you must be in the photo), along with the recipe and email it to me or post it to the Nutrition page! You will get 5 pts. if you do this by FRIDAY the 30th.
-From Monday the 26th- Friday the 30th if you make sure to get in a protein, a carb and a fat for every single meal and snack you will get TEN points extra! If you are not sure of the fat sources you better ask on the nutrition page or email me! (This will be easy points for a couple of you that have been doing it the entire time, but most of you are NOT and need to be!!)
