You're not doing yourself ANY good by loading your barbell
with too much weight and letting your form go to crap! Lighten
the load, get your form right and in the end you are going to be
much stronger than the first guy shown. Get tight and use the legs, do NOT,
I repeat, do NOT pull it with your back!!!

EMOM x 12
Odd: 10 Unbroken Deadlifts -you choose weight
Even: 30-45 seconds of a skill (muscle ups, ring dips, strict HSPU, handstand walks, pistols…..)
