Thursday Happy 15.3 Release Day!

15.3 Release Day, yayyy! 


Skill Work:
Double Unders
-and-
Muscle ups will be coming up in the open!
Let's practice!!

Then Choose 1:
a) make up a WOD from the week (not strength)
b) For Quality:
3 Rounds-
Max L-Sit Hold
10 GHD Sit Ups
1 Rope Climb
3 Turkish Get-Ups on each arm
8 DB Bulgarian Split Squats each leg

Please remember that we are CLOSED this weekend due to the gymnastics course.
We will be hosting the open WOD Friday night for the throw down and in class on MONDAY.
Please let us know if you cannot do either time, we can open up for a little while on Saturday night after the course. They usually end around 4 or 5pm.
