*Tonight we will begin heats at 5:45pm---theme: 70's!
* I will post a heat list tomorrow, we need to figure out how many wall balls are available (we don't have many of the 10lb for the scaled women)
*Please remember we are CLOSED Sat/Sun for the Gymnastic's Seminar
*We will be doing the Open WOD for the WOD on Monday, so if you miss the Friday night throw-down you can do it Monday during class.
*If you CANNOT do the WOD Fri night, OR on Monday please let us know, we can accommodate you during class time **IF** you can find a judge to come in with you!
