We are hosting the CrossFit Gymnastic's Trainer Course at
CrossFit Unrivaled so we will need to close down for the weekend.
They are coming all the way from CA to teach us some moves!

WOD And if you are up for the challenge here is a workout to complete:
1 mile Run
50 Burpees
800m Run
25 Burpees
400m Run
10 Burpees
**Remember that Monday's WOD will be 15.3, if you completed 15.3 scaled at the box
for the throw down you will be able to complete a different version on Monday. We will
be having a pull up/dip scale in place of the muscle ups and the WOD will be slightly different for you,
unless you just want to retest!
