What is lift like a girl?? 
Lift like a girl is going to be a 5 week program/2 days per week that will focus on strength training.
We will not be doing cleans or snatches, but we will be doing a lot of squats, deadlifting and pressing. 
This is a program for ladies only, a time for us to come together and empower each other and embrace our strengths, find new strengths and enjoy lifting with some awesome ladies! 

YIN YOGA??

We will be having YIN YOGA this Sunday at 9am.
Bring a mat, come stretch!!!
