SATURDAY: WE ARE CLOSED due to the Unrivaled Open! Come support athletes as they test their max lift in the snatch and clean and jerk! There are a few spots open if you are interested in doing the meet just shoot me an email jackie@crossfitunrivaled.com

Cash In:  (After warm up, before WOD)
4 Rounds Tabata Plank
4 Rounds Tabata V-Ups
4 Rounds Tabata Sit Ups 

WOD
1. Make up a workout from Monday-Wed (no strength, WOD only) 
-or-
2.  1k Row Repeats x 3 with a 2 minutes rest between each 

Cash Out: Before you leave the gym
Couch Stretch - 1 min each leg
Choose a shoulder mobility - 1 min each side 
Hamstring/Hip Stretch on box - 1 min each side
