Thursday



Free Choice Skill Work-- 10 min

Thursday--most people take today as a rest day. Classes are small on Thursdays allowing us to have an option to make up a workout from the week (depending on what options are allowed), or an active recovery workout.
Please make sure to use the remaining time in class to stretch out. The coach may give you stretches to complete or take you through a group stretch.

WOD Options:
1.
"White" with a 30 min cap
5 Rounds:
3 Rope Climbs (mod= 9 c2B Pull Ups, Pull Ups, or RR)
10 T2B
21 Overhead Walking Lunges 45/25# plate
400m Run

2. Tuesday's WOD
10 min to complete 3-3-3-3-3 ascending Push Presses

12 min AMRAP-
8 Unbroken Deadlifts @ bodyweight (scale the weight, if needed, to make sure they are unbroken)
10 Box Jump Overs
12 Sit Ups

3. Active Recovery Row or Run:
1000m
800m
600m
Rest equal amount of work time between each row/run
