Fall Nutrition Challenge Seminar 
Saturday September 30th @ 8am
We will be going over rules and guidelines for the Challenge along with proper nutrition training for anyone wanting to sit in even if you aren't doing the Challenge. 
Challenge will begin on Monday October 2nd.
