6:30 am is NOT for everyone!
Luckily these ladies are committed to getting up early and getting their workout finished and out of the way!! And because of that I know these two are dedicated to reaching their goals, working hard and staying committed!
Shane was out of town for a week so she came back and had a nice wake up call---literally :P
The day is NOT over yet, and I still have 7 more clients that get to ENJOY the workout here at KSC Garage gym---be ready ladies! You can do it!!!
