Same as 12.23 post
Workout:
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 for time of each:
Dips-on a bench or chair
Walking lunges
Sit up
Walkout
Standing broad jump
So you will do 10 of each first in that order, then 9 of each, then 8 of each, ext....
With no rest until you finish it all!
