Drew and I use this on our hands, and it works AWESOME! You can get it at Walmart and probably any drug store. Use it before your shower, keep those hands smooth ;)

The blender bottle can be purchased from bodybuilding.com just type in the name of it in the search box.
Another item that can be purchased on bb.com are the wrist wraps. I have a pair in the gym most of the time to use but if you don't want to use my sweaty ones you can always get your own pair ;)
