The Zone

This is a great way of measuring out food. When you eat paleo, you don't really need to measure it, but when you are really trying to fine tune your diet ( like I do when I get ready for a show) its awesome to use these measurements with the paleo foods!

Congrats on Lauren for winning 50% off for the month of March!
It was a very close battle between Lauren and Shannon, both loosing 7.2 lbs which is 4.5% of their bodyweight lost!  The winning factor was body-fat percentage lost, with Lauren loosing 3% and Shannon loosing 1.6%---great work to the booth of you, you really showed your dedication to achieving a healthier body!

Even though Lauren won the 50% off of training for next month, I do have to say that EVERYONE was a winner here. You all showed some great results, whether it was pounds lost, inches lost, or bodyfat lost....each one of you has shown me that you are determined! I love it! Keep working hard ladies! Wait until you see your before/after pics. Look closely...you all made changes to your physique!! I will get those email to you tonight or tomorrow.


I know you all fit this description!! Keep on kickin ass everyone!

  1. Nice one - well done! I am in my 4th week of the Zone Diet and it is not as easy as I thought!! Got to keep focussed :)

  2. You got it girl! You can see great results with the zone, I used it as prep for a show. I do zone/paleo now when doing shows. When not I just do paleo and not worry as much about the measurements.
