Meals can be quick and easy! This took me 2 min to throw together! I used 3 oz of left over chicken from dinner, brocolli slaw from Trader Joes, 1 chopped apple, and 1 avacado, garlic powder and pepper. It was a tasty, quick lunch!
I am so excited for the 5k this weekend and that so many of you guys are going to do it!! If you can find your KSC shirt, you should wear it!

PACKET PICK-UP:
Race packets and numbers for pre-registered participants will be provided at the Packet Pick-Up party from 6-10pm on Friday, March 25 at the Buffalo Wild Wings location at Landstown Commons (3300 Princess Anne Road, Virginia Beach, Va), or at the Registration Table on Race Day, beginning at 7:30am. You may also register at paket pick-up on Friday. RACE STARTS AT 9am at Neptune’s Park, 31st Street and Boardwalk
