NEW CHALLENGE



Starting April 4th. 
Strict Paleo. NO non paleo Cheats. You will be allowed a cheat day ON EASTER (thanks to Lynn) 
and we will end (well I will be going until May 21) May 13th. 6 WEEK CHALLENGE. 
  • NO non paleo cheats EXCEPT for easter. (I will allow amino energy/protein shakes)
  • You will be allowed a PALEO cheat (paleo dessert 2x a week--and not an entire batch of something, this includes a paleo margarita) 
  • NO fruit/paleo sweeteners after 4pm. 
  • you MUST have a protein/carb/fat with EACH meal and snack and you MUST eat every 2.5-3 hours. 
  • you MUST keep a food log and bring to me at the end of each week. Physical logs are better than email for me, I do too much online training and emails tend to get overlooked if its not an online client :-/ 
ENDURANCE WHAT?!?!?!?! 
YUP. There is an added component to this challenge. Crossfitendurance.com 
  • You MUST do 2 endurance workouts a week ON TOP OF your workout here with me. 
  • you can CHOOSE 2, they do not have to be the ones that are listed for that day, you can scroll through their old workouts
  • these MUST be logged in with your food log. 
WINNER:
Winner will be determined by photos. Photos will be taken Monday, or whatever your first workout day of the week is next week. Entrants MUST take pics with shirt off, so bring a sports bra!!! I will measure and tape, but this time its ALL about the visual.
