a couple of things....
1. I (Jackie) might do an Olympic Lifting meet this weekend in DC so we might be closed Saturday....keep you posted....
2. There were a few people I didn't see much this week, or see at all...
I understand when life gets busy BUT I do not understand laziness. So hopefully that was not that case, but if it was....get off your lazy ass and get it into the gym. You cannot get faster, stronger, loose weight, gain muscle, or be a BAMF by sitting on your ass on the couch watching tv. So get in to the gym and GET SOME!!!
