  3. Jerk: PVC loaded with 2 itty bitty chains 5# maybe...LOL. My wrist still isn't strong enough to hold the sissy bar. Soon though....soon....

    Split Jerk 130 x 2.... I could have gone heavier, I could tell that wasnt a max effort but we were a little rushed today, lol!
    11 rounds plus 5 kb and 1 box jump. 24kg and 24 in box. loved it!
