WOD- 9am
Partner Cindy with a Run
Partner #1 Does Cindy:
20 min AMRAP
5 Pull ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
While partner #2 does a 400 meter run.
Whatever partner #1 finishes with when partner #2 gets back from their run, #2 will take over and start off where they left off.
Get in as many rounds/reps as you can!
