19 Bodyweight deadlifts
19 pull ups
19 burpee broad jumps
19 KB swings 24kg/32 kg
19 T2B
19 Box Jumps
19 pistols
19 Ring dips

And because this was supposed to be posted with her Athlete of the Month (oops) we will share now!!

  5. 12:something??? I had to modify the dips,pistols and used a 16kg KB, I liked this workout, I could have done 2 rounds!

  6. 11:32 ...mod/asst on dips, pistols, and used 16kg KB with Angela. I loved this workout but would have passed out if we had to do it twice!

  7. 6:38 modded pull up with ring rows, T2B with GHD situps, and ring dips with db push press.
