Gotta Gotta get up, get down


WOD
Death by.....
Min 1: 1 burpee, 1 T2B
Min 2: 2 burpees, 2 T2B
Min 3: 3 burpees, 3 T2B
*continue on until you can no longer finish the # you are on w/in the minute

We will have the gym open at 8:30am and start at 9am. Sign up for heats as you arrive-first come, first serve, if you have plans and NEED to be in the first heat please express that when you arrive!
