WOD or roundhouse kick to the face!?


Chuck Norris told Marcos and I to program this WOD....we didn't want to get a roundhouse kick to the face, so we did what we had to do....

For time:
250m ROW
10 wall balls
15 back squats 225/155
20m handstand walk 
*sub 50m bear crawl
25 T2B
30 KB Swings 24/16kg
35 Double Unders
400m uneven farmer carry 45/35m 25/15w

Reminders:
Friday there will be NO 6am class. Sorry team 6!! 
Saturday there will be a FREE intro WOD at 10am! 
Sunday 5-7pm there will be a Lululemon Trunk Show at Unrivaled!! 

I wanted to take a quick second to thank everyone for keeping the gym so tidy, and taking care of the barbells/plates...I am impressed!!! I HEART you guys!
New equipment should be here on Thursday, pull up bar add on we will hopefully get up this weekend!
