ReplyDeleteI watched Tasha get her first double unders, Cindy get HSPUs with 2 ab mats instead of three, Shannon get her first pull up without a band and numerous people work on their cleans and snatches which we all know is most of our weaknesses in the gym! Commitment and dedication to improve!! WAY TO GO!
