Strength
Establish 1RM Deadlift

WOD
2 minutes max rep double unders
Then: (with no rest between)
3 rounds:
Max rep strict pull ups
10 Deadlift 275/185
40 Ab mat sit ups
Finish with: (no rest between)
2 minutes max rep double unders

    longest string of DUBS was 54. Its my goal this year is to do them for an entire minute.. good thing I have a year...
    Deads were rough on this WOD! My grip was slipping.

    Another goal is to get my muscle up.. working on my high kip..any tips?

  2. 1RM Deadlift 400 (PR)
    Scaled down to 225 DL on the WOD. Rucking around in the mountains takes a toll on the back.

    Candice, I find the easiest way to get muscle ups is to try and kip your hips and legs up high and pull on the rings like you're going to do a ring row and then work on an aggressive turnover. The higher you can get your hips, the better.

    1. Thanks A! I'm getting my hips up but getting stuck with that transition!So maybe I need to kip higher ugh. I'm going to video myself today to get more of an idea on my height and timing.
