If you cannot make the Saturday throw-down then you need to find a level 1 coach to judge you either today or at open gym on Sunday.
Here is the heat list for Saturday. First heat begins at 9:40am. We will have a judges briefing at 9:20am.
Doors will open at 9am.
Please remember that this is a kid free event, most of you know why!
