Saturday's Partner WOD

2013 Team Grit WOD with a little twist.

10 min AMRAP
3,6,9,12,18,21....continuing to go up by 3 reps each until the clock runs out...
Burpee Box Jumps
Pull Ups
When the 10 min are up, finish with a 600m run.
Clock stops when both partners finish the run.
You can share reps on the burpee box jumps and pull ups.

Saturday June 22nd we will be hosting the WOD at the BEACH!
We will have an earlier start time of either 8 or 8:30am so that way we can get to 757 to watch SuperFit and cheer on some awesome CFUers! Therefore we will be CLOSED that day :)
All of you in elements class are welcome to come to the beach WOD.
