Injury Prevention Seminar by Nicole K 10am on Saturday!
Open Gym will be 11-1pm
9am class on Saturday will run as normal :)
July 12, Friday at 7pm we will be having our Grand Re-Opening/2nd Birthday Party!
It will be pot luck style, there will be a sign up sheet to bring in some paleo goodies.
We will also be raffling off a FREE YEAR MEMBERSHIP like we did last year! All money raised through the raffle will go to a new toy(s) for the gym agreed upon by the majority (last year we got the slam balls).
There will be other fun prizes being raffled off as well.
WOD
As a 2-man team complete as many reps as possible at each station:
Each station will last for 2 minutes and you will complete 2 rounds.
Tire Flips
Ground-to-Shoulder Atlas Stone
10m band sprints
Muscle Ups (we have a fun modification for this one)
There will be a 1 minute rest after completing one rotation through.
FYI YOU WILL GET DIRTY...wear something you don't mind getting a little wet/muddy. Remember we are working with stones and they do tend to scratch you up a bit. Sleeves or taping up the forearms may be a good idea :)
