MONDAY LURONG RETEST!

Halloween this week! Time to get in the spirit and start thinking of some healthy treat ideas! :) 
Here are some below that I found!

Lurong Retest WOD
18min CAP
21-18-15-12-9-6-3:
Wall Ball 20/14#
Deadlift 115/75#
Box Jumps 24/20in

Level II: 105/65# Box: 20/16in
Level I: WB:12/8# DL: 85/65# 16/12in

Make sure to do this WOD exactly as you did the first time.

THURSDAY-HALLOWEEN! 
We are having costume WOD's for each class!
Each class will vote for their favorite costume, at the end of the day each class costume winner will go on the members page to be voted BEST COSTUME!
Winner gets 50% off the next month's membership and there will also be other spooky prizes :) Come have some fun!
