Hoodies are in. I will be there at 10am to hand hoodies out. 

If you come to the 9am class please do NOT go through the boxes, I will

be there for you POST WOD to do that.

Our 2 Angel Tree Children need your help by Dec 5th.

If you click on this photo it will enlarge so you can view the sizes, they

are also up at CFU. They need to be new and unwrapped; clothing, socks, winter gear

(no toys). Rosa will be coming to collect the items to deliver. 

We are also helping out a 2 year old girl from Citadel's classroom who is in need of new/used

clothing, warm winter gear, toys and food. All unwrapped as well. The items for this little

girl are Due Dec 12th. Citadel will be coming to collect the items and deliver them

to the little girls home. 

And lastly, we are doing a toy drive. There is a huge bin at the gym for new, unwrapped toys to go in.
