Week 12 Day 1 *last week of squats then we re-test next week! 
60% x 5 
70% x 5 
75% x 5 x 2 Sets 

Front Squats 
65% x 5 
70% x 5 
75% x 5 

Run/Row/Skills Tests: Do each one of the following to your best ability, max reps or as fast as possible. Rest as needed between each movement. 

Timed 500m Row

Max Rep Pull Ups
*If you do not have Rx pull ups, you can use a band but they must be STRICT 

Max Rep strict HSPU's 

Timed 400m Run
