Chuck at CrossFit Asia….
This is where I did my first WOD, Helen. This is where
I completed my elements classes. 
This is where I fell in love with CrossFit….so I am a TAD jealous that Chuck is 
there. But how cool to see an Unrivaled shirt there….kind of makes my eyes a little watery…
I mean, that's totally sweat in my eye. 

In teams of 3 people:
5 minutes of max reps or distance as a team at each station, only one person can work at a time
90 seconds of rest/transition time between movements 
Prowler  Push 35's on each side for men/ 15s on each side for women in 100ft increments 
Rope Climbs  mod: 3 for 1 on the short ropes
Farmer Carry as heavy as possible in 30ft increments 
Axel Bar Deadlifts 205/135 *empty axel bar weights 25lb
