Sign up, find a partner and come to Norfolk! This WOD can
be modified and it is encouraged that all attend! Beginners, intermediate and
advanced athletes. It's a fundraiser WOD for a good cause!

Bend the Bar competition series at CrossFit Accolade
Starting at 9am both days.
Coaches Andie and Jackie will be WODin' away on Saturday
and Kim and Marc Winters will be there Sunday. Come support your crew if you can!
In teams of two-
For Time Complete:
200 Meter OH plate carry (45, 25) EACH- one partner at a time
40 KB Swings 32/24KG
60 T2B
80 Wall Balls
80 Double Unders EACH-one partner at a time
60 meter OH Walking Lunges (45, 25) in increments of 10m
40 KB Swings
800 meter Run in 200m increments -one partner at a time, switching every 200m
**Only one person works at a time, there's not a set number of reps that each athlete has to complete, all of the reps are to be shared as a team.
