Seriously, this week is flying by!! Does anyone else feel that way?
Make sure you aren't letting it fly by without getting your water in. Remember that you should be getting in at LEAST 1/2 your bodyweight in ounces. And that's a minimum number. With these temps and all of you that workout in the late evening when it's a sauna in the gym, you should definitely be drinking more.
