20 min AMRAP:
1 Rope Climb
400m Run
Max Rep HSPU


Thursday:
10 min EMOM:
Min 1: 3-10 reps of Goat 1
Min 2: 3-10 reps of Goat 2

Movements with a higher skill level will have a smaller rep count.
Example: Muscle ups may be 3-4 reps where as pistols would be 10 reps
