800m Run with your partner
Once you BOTH get back start:
30 Pull Ups
30 KB Swings 32/24Kg
*each doing only 1/2 the reps, switching however you want

Mobility.
It's so important! 
The better you have it, the more weight you can move. A big %
of you in the gym aren't hitting the numbers you want not because you 
aren't strong enough, but it's because you aren't mobile enough
and your body isn't getting into the correct position. As you
start to become flexible and get better mobility in your positions, you will 
notice a change in the weight you are moving. 
So make sure that you are working on it as often as possible! We only
have so much time in class to run you through mobility work therefore after class you
should be spending time working on the mobility that YOU need.
There are mobility posters on the wall to give you ideas to work on! And you
can always ask a coach. Get MOBILE PEOPLE!
