5 rounds:
30 second handstand hold
30 second chin over bar hold
-rest as needed between rounds
Attn: Thursday's are active recovery day ladies and gents. It's not an open gym day. We have a plan, a schedule and a reason just like every other day. We program for the people that come in 5 days per week so Thursdays are active recovery. If you've missed a day during the week I highly suggest that you instead use Thursdays as your rest day. If you missed due to a schedule change or something come up and you want to get a lift or WOD in you can use the back lifting area on your own, you cannot use the gym space to just do whatever you want to do, the class gets the space.
