This weekend! CHECK IT OUT
The Grand Opening of Lululemon in Town Center and they are having a street WOD! 
Coach Drew, Andie and Britney will be there to help with the workout along with some coaches from Takeover, 757 and Rife! Starting at 8am. This WOD will be for everyone, even those who haven't tried CrossFit before, so if you have a friend you want to bring, do it! It will be fun :)

OCT 12-13th
OPTIMUM NUTRITION will be here shooting therefore there will be modified gym hours.
Right now Oct 12th, Saturday, there will only be a 9am CLASS. No Open Gym.
For the 13th, Sunday….we may have an EARLY open gym time but I will keep you posted!
I am also looking for a few people that want to be in the video shoot with me on Saturday, I have a few girls that said they would, but I would also love some men. Send me an email or FB message if you are interested, thanks!
