If you have goals in the gym, whether it be strength, skill or conditioning you need to stay consistent with your training in order to accomplish those goals. Remember we should all be focusing on MCI (Mechanics, Consistency, and then Intensity), only in that order do we see our greatest progress and moving closer to making our weaknesses our strengths.
