The 12 Days of CrossFit: Happy Holidays!

The 12 Days of CrossFit…..
1 Deadlift 315/205
2 Muscle Ups (or 4 C2B)
3 Man-Makers (you choose weight)
4 Lateral Barbell Burpees
5 Wall Balls 20/14# 
6 GHD Sit Ups 
7 KB Swings 70/53#
8 Stationary Overhead Lunges 45/35lb plate
9 Box Jumps 24/20in 
10 T2B 
11 TRU Push Ups 
12 Pistols (each leg)

This will go just like the song "12 Days of Christmas" 
1 Deadlift 
2 muscle ups , 1 Deadlift 
3 Man Makers, 2 muscle ups, 1 Deadlift 
4 Burpees, 3 Man Makers, 2 muscle ups , 1 Deadlift…..etc!
