11 TRU Push Ups
12 Pistols (each leg)
This will go just like the song "12 Days of Christmas"
1 Deadlift
2 muscle ups , 1 Deadlift
3 Man Makers, 2 muscle ups, 1 Deadlift
4 Burpees, 3 Man Makers, 2 muscle ups , 1 Deadlift…..etc!
