Min 1: 20 KB Swings 24/16kg
Min 2: 50 Double Unders
Min 3: 5-8 Strict Handstand Push Ups
Min 4: 15/10 calories Assault Bike
*scale back any reps to allow approx. 15-20 seconds rest each round, if you can do RX weight and reps and have more rest than 20 seconds that is perfectly okay!
