The CrossFit Regionals starts this coming weekend. California, South and Pacific Regionals kick off the first week. Check out these brutal workouts the individuals will endure over three days. You can watch the live feed at games.crossfit.com
WOD
5 Rounds:
400m Run
15 Burpees
10 Front Squats 155/105#

We will post a heat sign up sheet the week before, heats will run every 30 minutes. The workout is "Murph":
1mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1mile run
*can be performed with a weighted vest 20/14#*
Movements can be scaled for all and many even partition it "Cindy" style doing rounds of 5 pull-ups 10 pushups 15 air squats until finishing the rep total.
We will be grilling out and enjoying some cold drinks after completion of the WOD, so stick around and enjoy everyones company.
