Thursday: CLOSED

UPDATE GYM IS CLOSED ALL DAY. STAY POSTED FOR TOMORROW HOURS.
Due to tonight's forecast, there will be no AM classes. If the weather conditions change we will update here, Facebook and Instagram.

We will make a decision on the evening classes after we see what this so called storm brings.

Skill Work: Muscle Ups

Teams of 3
21 minute AMRAP
12 cal assault bike
9 burpee sand bag overs (over a barbell set up chest level) 70/50 50/30
3 muscle ups or progression
*a new athlete starts when the athlete in front finishes the burpees

Stuck at home?
Do this!
20 minute AMRAP
Add 5 reps on to each movement per round
5 burpees
5 air squats
5 hollow rocks
*round 2, 10 of each
*round 3, 15 of each
Until the clock stops!

Don't forget that next week we begin the new weightlifting class. Tuesday at 5:30pm and Thursday at 6am. There will not be a normal class WOD during this hour, the normal open gym space will be available to use. But I recommend taking advantage of this awesome class!
