Friday Baseline RETEST!

-The nutrition challenge will END midnight on Jan 30th (Friday night). 
-Please make sure to get your measurements completed by the end of THIS weekend. The best times to come in are right at the start of open gym or at the end of open gym. If you come in the middle of open gym we will most likely be in the middle of our WOD.
-ALL JOURNALS will all totals added up are due on MONDAY.
-ALL before/after photos are due on Monday as well, please put them all into one email! I need front/side/back (if you never took a before photo then you won't be eligible for this).
-Please make sure to write your POST challenge WOD score to the clipboard tomorrow, if I don't see your PRE and POST challenge WOD scores on the clipboard you will not be eligible to win this portion. I will NOT go searching for your scores on the board.
