*If you do not complete 30 reps in any given working minute you must complete 30 burpees for each minute that you go over. These burpees are added to your WOD time. So as soon as you finish your last KB swing on the last minute of the workout, if you owe burpees you will immediately start, no rest, and the time will continue to run on the clock until you complete all owed reps.
