**Attention ladies**
Upcoming, 4 week long Lift Like a Girl "Club"
This class will run 2 days per week for a 4 week cycle, sorry boys…girls only! 
This class will focus on power lifting movements (deadlifts, squats, benching, pressing) and supplemental movements to help get you STRONG! There will be no olympic lifting in this class, there will also be no extra WODs in this class it will be straight up lifting "LIKE A GIRL," hanging out and meeting other badass strong women, training dirty but hopefully eating clean grin emoticon
